Description
A light oolong tea from Taiwan's Jin Xuan (Fire Flower) bush, naturally scented with osmanthus flowers.
The raw material, which is large for this tea, is twisted into small hemispheres quite well. In the aroma, through the dense veil of osmanthus flowers, a cookie, creamy note of the tea itself tries to break through. In the taste, the freshness, juiciness and sourness of the tea are quite noticeable against the background of osmanthus. The osmanthus itself adds warmth and sweetness. There is a juicy spill here and there, which is especially pleasing.
Simple and clear, "sweet" tea. You want to brew it in your grandmother's porcelain teapot, which is painted with sunflowers and bagels.
