Description

Lingzhi or Reishi, Ganoderma Lucidum is a mushroom with a 2000-year history of veneration in Chinese medicine. It has a myriad of proven beneficial properties, including: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral. Consuming Lingzhi helps improve blood pressure, maintains blood sugar balance, strengthens the cardiovascular system, reduces the amount of "bad" cholesterol, strengthens the immune system, has a positive effect on the functioning of the liver, kidneys and lungs, and also strengthens nerve connections.

It is better to brew by long infusion (1-2 hours) or boil, having previously cut it into thin slices or ground it into powder. The result is a rather bitter, but useful infusion.
