The beige teapot with gradient sand glaze looks deceptively ascetic. It seems as if it was just taken out of a desert dune, and inside there is a mysterious genie, or rather, the spirit of tea. The unique “antique” effect is created by the unique glaze from Jingdezhen.
The small volume of the teapot and its cylindrical shape are suitable for drinking tea alone and will reveal the taste and aroma of the tea leaf. Inside there is a sieve-"nest" that does not let the leaf into the bowl. Thanks to the inner coating, the teapot does not wear out and can be used for any type of tea.

Jingdezhen ceramics come from the Jiangxi province of China. Known as the “porcelain capital of the world,” Jingdezhen has been creating porcelain of the highest quality for over a thousand years. Depending on the recipe, you can find here both the finest, familiar white porcelain, and thick-walled colored, porous-rough, with amazing qualities in tea drinking and sensations in the hands.
The secret of the local dishes is not only in the composition of local clays, but also in a unique secret recipe for glaze, which is impossible for a stranger to obtain for any amount of money. Ceramicists from all over the world buy ready-made glazes from here and use them in their works of pottery. It is also believed that a special external effect is created by wood ash - from sintering the shard in a kiln at over 1600 degrees. The unique recipe for the coating creates inimitable nuances on the surface of the dishes, and two identical bowls or gaiwans from Jingdezhen simply do not exist. You can find similar ones, but there are no identical ones.
The multi-coloured ware from these areas is made using overglaze painting on fully fired porcelain. The work of applying the design is traditionally done by hand.
This teapot reveals the pure and bright taste of tea, pleases the eye and hand of the owner, and also has a special collection value.
